- "My experience would’ve been perfect had the nail tech LISTENED and did what I asked for. I told her I only wanted design on my ring fingers ONLY and this is what I got. Granted the design is cute, she didn’t even let me tell her what nail design I wanted. She just chose on her own and when I asked her about it she goes “It’ll look better like this.” Julie if you’re reading this, I came to this place to get what I wanted, not whatever design you felt like doing. It’s very unprofessional. This was the first time I didn’t leave a tip and I always OVER tip my nail techs. Please listen to your customers and serve them accordingly!"
